ACT Goals
|
- Introduce persons to and provide training in the use of case studies and other dialogical teaching methods.
- Encourage the writing and publishing of new cases;
- Disseminate information about and resources for case teaching;
- Improve the overall quality of the teaching/learning process.
In pursuit of these goals, ACT :
- Publishes a Journal, a periodic Newsletter and maintains a case bibliography;
- Sponsors one or more teaching institutes a year;
- Reviews and selects new case studies for inclusion in the permanent case collection;
- Offers members selected case books at reduced cost;
- Provides assistance with case information and selection.
